When You Should Receive It
Employers must provide payslips within one working day of payday.
How to Request a Payslip
If you haven’t received one:
-
Email your employer: “Hi [Name], I haven’t received my payslip for [pay period]. Could you please provide this? I’m required to have it for my records.”
-
Follow up in writing: Keep a paper trail of all requests.
-
Know your rights: Failure to provide payslips is a serious breach of Fair Work regulations.
